M/s Dinesh Computer (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through dineshcomputer.com and at our shop, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Contact details — name, mobile number, email and address.
• Documents for broadband — identity and address proof, collected because the provider's licence requires a verified subscriber record.
• Documents for online services — only what you hand us for a specific form or application.
• Billing records — invoices and payment history.
• Website form entries — what you type into our enquiry forms.

We do not store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net banking password.

How we use it

• To supply products, carry out repairs and installations, and deliver services.
• To activate and support broadband connections.
• To issue GST invoices and keep tax records.
• To reply to enquiries and resolve complaints.
• To comply with the law and with lawful directions from authorities.

We do not sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

• Meghbela Cable & Broadband Services Pvt. Ltd., for activating and supporting your broadband connection.
• Government portals and service providers, only for the online service you asked us to carry out.
• Manufacturers, only when raising a warranty claim on your behalf.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Your documents at the counter

Documents you give us for an online service are used only for that job. Copies are not kept longer than needed, except where the law or the service provider requires them to be retained.

Keeping it safe

Records are kept at our shop and on access-controlled systems, and only people who need them for the work can see them.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. If you use the address checker and allow location access, your coordinates are sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service only to look up the PIN code, and are not stored by us.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once there is no legal reason to keep it. Write to admin@dineshcomputer.com. We reply within 30 days.
