These terms apply to products and services from M/s Dinesh Computer, a proprietorship of Dinesh Kumar Kashyap with its principal place of business at C/O Randhir Sahu, Tusma, Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh – 495557 (“we”, “us”), whether bought through dineshcomputer.com, over the phone, or at our shop. By placing an order or making a payment, you accept these terms.

1. What we offer

• Products — computers, laptops, printers, accessories and consumables.
• Repair and service — for computers, laptops and printers.
• Installation — CCTV systems, networking and Wi-Fi.
• Online services — form filling, bill payments, printing and related counter services.
• Broadband — connections and support as a partner of Meghbela Cable & Broadband Services Pvt. Ltd., holder of an all-India Category A ISP licence no. DS-11/130/2015-DS-III. The provider's own terms and consumer charter also apply to the broadband service.

2. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees. A GST invoice is issued under GSTIN 22BVVPK9251Q1ZM.
• Repair, installation and wiring costs are quoted before work begins. If the cost changes during the work, we ask you before going ahead.
• Government or third-party fees for online services are charged at actuals, in addition to our service charge.
• Broadband plans are prepaid and billed in advance for the period chosen.

3. Products and warranty

• New products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled as per the manufacturer's terms, and we help you raise them.
• Please keep your invoice — it is needed for any warranty claim.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, electrical surges, or unauthorised repair.

4. Repairs

• Please back up your data before handing in a device. We take care, but we cannot guarantee recovery of data on a failing or damaged disk.
• Devices not collected within 60 days of our intimation that the repair is complete may be disposed of after written notice.
• Repaired parts carry the warranty stated on the repair invoice.

5. Installations

• You are responsible for permission from the building owner, and for a working power point at the installation site.
• Cabling beyond the quoted length, and civil work, is charged at actuals after telling you.

6. Acceptable use of broadband

The connection must not be used to break any law of India, to infringe anyone's rights, to send spam or malware, or to resell the connection. Misuse may lead to suspension by the provider and reporting to the authorities where the law requires it.

• For broadband, you may also approach the provider's helpdesk on 1800 102 5111 and their appellate authority at nodal@meghbelabroadband.com.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, business or profits, except where Indian law does not allow such a limit.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights under consumer protection law.
