Refund, return & warranty

This policy explains when a purchase from M/s Dinesh Computer can be returned or refunded.

Products

• Defective on arrival — a new product found defective within 7 days of purchase is replaced, or repaired under the manufacturer's warranty, on production of the invoice and with all original packaging and accessories.
• Change of mind — opened products cannot be returned for change of mind. Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 3 days, at our discretion.
• Consumables — ink, toner, cartridges and software licences cannot be returned once opened or activated.
• After 7 days, defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty. We help you raise the claim.

Repairs

• Repair charges cover diagnosis, labour and parts, and are not refundable once the work is done.
• If the same fault recurs within the repair warranty period stated on the invoice, it is re-checked free of labour charge.
• If we cannot repair a device, only the diagnosis charge, if any was agreed, is payable.

Installations

• Installation charges cover work carried out and material used, and are not refundable once the work is done.
• Equipment supplied as part of an installation follows the product rules above.

Online services

Service charges for online work are not refundable once the work is submitted. Government or third-party fees follow the rules of the concerned portal.

Broadband

• Broadband recharges, once credited to the connection, are not refundable, as per the provider's policy.
• If a connection cannot be installed at your address, any advance paid to us for it is refunded in full.
• Duplicate or wrong payments are refunded in full once confirmed.

How refunds are paid

• Ask within 7 days by calling +91 99818 49092 or writing to info@dineshcomputer.com, with your invoice number.
• Approved refunds are paid within 7 to 10 working days, to the original payment method where possible.
